Answers the telephone, takes reservations, receives guests, seats guests and ensures that guests are taken care of.
Communicates reservations and notifies of special requests.
Communicates to his/her superior any difficulties, guest comment and other relevant information.
Establishes and maintains effective employee working relationships.
Attends and participates in daily briefings and other meetings as scheduled.
To handle reservations and table turnovers
To Greet & escort Guests
To assist customers in placing orders
To facilitate convenience to the customers in the restaurant
Attends and participates in training sessions as scheduled.
Prepares in advance food, beverage, material and equipment needed for the service.
Cleans and re-sets his/her working area.
Implements the Restaurant and department regulations, policies and procedures including but not limited to:
o House Rules and Regulation
o Health and Safety
o Hygiene and Cleanliness
Performs related duties and special projects as assigned.
To ensure excellent guest service.
To coordinate with relevant departments for ensuring maximum guest satisfaction.
To work closely with FO team for seeking guest feedback and initiate appropriate response.
Salary: INR 2,00,000 - 3,50,000 P.A.
